1. Service Description

Rawdatee is a digital platform used by educational institutions (tenants) to manage student information and communicate with parents.

2. Account Creation & Access

Parent accounts are created by the educational institution.

Login is performed using a phone number and a temporary one-time password (OTP).

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

3. Platform Usage

The platform is intended solely for educational and administrative purposes.

Any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Notifications

The application uses Firebase to send platform-related notifications.

Users may disable notifications through their device settings.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information.

Users must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or compromise the platform or its security.

6. Platform Rights

Rawdatee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Account Termination & Data Deletion

Users may request account termination or deletion of their personal data by contacting the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Rawdatee is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
